1. Soak the almonds in a glass container. |
2. Pour the almonds along with soaking water directly into the strainer. |

3. Rinse the almonds in a steady stream of cool water. Drain. |
4. Cover with a plastic bag if you aren’t going to use them. |

5. Pour the almonds into the blender. |
6. Just cover with water - about 1/4 inch. Add vanilla, honey or stevia, if desired. |

8. This is actually a live action shot! Blend for 2 minutes. It is normal for the pulp to cover the sides of the blender. |

9. Add the remaining amount of water. |
10. Strain the milk by lightly tapping the strainer against blender to keep the milk flowing. Press pulp against mesh of strainer with a spoon, or finger. |
